If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Dury’s subject to the conditions below.



Refunds & Credits



Returns for refund must be within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date and credit for returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase or in the form of a Dury’s Gift Card.

Refunds on all check purchases and any cash purchases in excess of $100 will be issued by check from Dury's business office within 10 days of the return date.



Exchanges



Exchanges must be within 30 calendar days of the original purchase. If the item is sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.



Used Products



All used products purchased from Dury’s are covered by a 30-day warranty, unless they are sold “as is” or a special condition is otherwise noted. We do have extended warranties available for purchase at the time of the original transaction. Otherwise, our same return policies above apply to used equipment.



Conditions



  • Items must be returned/exchanged in the original packaging and contain all original components in like-new condition, including blank warranty cards and be accompanied by a purchase receipt.


  • Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.


  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.


  • Any items containing software and/or DVD's may not be returned or exchanged once any of the packaging is opened.


  • Ink-jet printers may not be returned or exchanged once they have been charged with ink.


  • To protect our customers and ensure the quality and freshness of sensitized goods, they may not be returned or exchanged.


  • Special order merchandise or any other items indicated as such on the website or in-store are not refundable.


  • Electronic Software Downloads are not refundable.


  • Dury’s gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash.


  • Returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee.


  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
