The digital still camera registered below is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) days of the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. You must register this service contract within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting their website www.mackcam.com or by calling toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225) or 973-467-2291.
This service contract will cover one digital camera body and one lens providing that both pieces of equipment are listed on the same sales receipt. This plan is void if the registered product exceeds the service contract price category.
This service contract includes coverage of one (1) lens for units sold as kits. The body and lens must not exceed the value of the service contract sold.
In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. If you have questions please visit www.mackcam.com or call Toll Free 800-252-MACK. For international inquiries please e-mail international@mackcam.com.
Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. and/or Dury's is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.
The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer defects). Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified, damaged as a result of liquid, grit, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this service contact to another person for a $20.00 administrative fee.
This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover damaged LCD’s, interchangeable lens, batteries, remotes, power adapter, digital media, software, bent card reader pins, docking station and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.
Mack Camera and Video Service and/or Dury's will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit can not be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer’s defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our discretion.
This service contract applies only to the product(s) specified herein. A separate lens service contract is available.
This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contract is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at the time of service.
